DEEPLY

In many conversations today, the term “affordable housing” has been co-opted by the middle class - used to mask the deep disparity between merely “affordable” and what is truly needed: deeply affordable housing that reflects the reality of those living below the poverty line. Our film challenges this sanitized narrative, offering a new language for our audience to acknowledge and understand the urgent need for genuine, life-sustaining housing solutions.

A GOOD BEGINNING

THIS FILM EXPANDS AND IS INSPIRED BY MY EARLIER FILM, SAFE.
MY VISION IS TO CREATE A CHARACTER DRIVEN DOC FOLLOWING A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN UNHOUSED SUBJECT, AND CONTRAST WITH A TENANT LIVING IN SUPPORTIVE AND DEEPLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
